VLM extraction is less labor intensive than hot water extraction, making for a budget friendly way to clean commercial carpets more frequently.
Hot Water extraction using a rotary tool verses a wand offers superior cleaning performance due to the high level of hot water injection, agitation, and immediate vacuum extraction.
The rotary tool rotates at 300 revolutions per minute, with 4 spray heads, 4 spray jets, and 4 vacuum nozzles making for 1200 strokes per minute compared to 3 with a standard wand!
We use a commercial equipment that sprays tile at 1200 psi, and immediately vacuums the hot water up, allowing us to handle large square footages in a short time.
